This compilation of state pharmacy laws and rules relevant to pharmacy practice in Louisiana is published at least annually and is updated as necessary.  

The 2nd edition was published on August 31, 2024.  The updates to the previous edition are also posted here. 

The 2nd edition of Louisiana Pharmacy Laws & Rules was published August 31, 2024.  The Board has promulgated the following rule updates since then.  

We will incorporate these rule updates into the next edition, anticipated in August 2025.
