This compilation of state pharmacy laws and rules relevant to pharmacy practice in Louisiana is published at least annually and is updated as necessary.  

The 3rd edition was published on August 31, 2025.  The updates to the previous (2nd) edition are also posted here. 

The 3rd edition of Louisiana Pharmacy Laws & Rules was published August 31, 2025.  When the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy promulgates new rules or rule changes, those items will be posted here and then incorporated into the next edition of Louisiana Pharmacy Laws & Rules, anticipated in August 2026..
